When you leave a beta request
We collect your first name, email address, learning interest, plan preference, and the page your request came from. We also record when you submitted and which privacy notice you saw. These details help us plan learning paths and respond to your request for access. This creates a beta interest record, not a verified account or a paid subscription.
Your selected language is saved with your request.
Email is a separate choice
The optional learning-email checkbox starts unchecked. We store that preference separately. We are not sending marketing or confirmation emails in this beta yet. Before adding you to an email list, we will verify the address and provide an unsubscribe option. Leaving the box unchecked does not limit the free lessons or your beta request.
Where your information goes
Vercel serves the website and processes operational request data. Neon stores beta requests. No beta-request details are sent to PostHog or an AI model. Stripe payments and Clerk account registration remain disabled. Their separate account and payment notices will apply when those features open.
Storage, removal, and recovery
Unverified beta requests expire after 90 days and are removed by daily maintenance. You can remove requests linked to this browser using the button on the signup page. After submitting, save your private removal code if you want to remove the request from another browser. Keep that code private: anyone who has it can remove requests linked to it.
If you lose both the browser cookie and removal code, we cannot verify ownership through this beta form. The automatic expiration still applies. Provider backups can retain deleted records until their configured retention period ends.

A necessary, secure browser cookie links your submission to its removal controls for up to 90 days. Your light/dark preference is saved locally in this browser. We use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit form abuse; these expire and are cleared through daily maintenance.
Your language choice is saved in a necessary cookie for up to one year.
Analytics preferences
Optional analytics is currently unavailable.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, or session recording.
Practice is private
Prompt text and knowledge-check answers remain on the page and are not stored in Neon. Copying a prompt lets you choose which AI tool to use; that tool has its own data practices.
